The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Baghdad concluded the activities of the Fifteenth International Scientific Conference, in the presence of the President of the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Bahaa Ibraheem Ansaf, the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Hamid Ali Kazim, and a number of teachers and students.
The President of the University of Baghdad expressed his pleasure with this visit, which is the first to the College of Veterinary Medicine. He stressed the importance of scientific research and the establishment of scientific conferences, especially international ones, and opening the horizons of cooperation with international universities.
At the end of the conference, certificates of appreciation were distributed to the members of the scientific and preparatory committees. He valued the fairness of the efforts made in the conference’s success. The college museum was visited and reviewed its facilities and the old pictures, tools, and devices used in teaching students throughout a history that spanned more than 69 years.
