The Computer Center at the University of Baghdad organized a scientific seminar entitled “E-Commerce on Social Media”, delivered by Assistant Lecturer Ali Talib Mouhan.
The seminar addressed the concepts of e-commerce and its growing importance in the digital age, with particular emphasis on the role of social media platforms in supporting commercial and marketing activities. It also reviewed key modern strategies and tools currently employed in this field.
This seminar is part of a series of scientific activities regularly organized by the Computer Center, aimed at developing staff skills and keeping pace with contemporary technological advancements.
The seminar contributes to achieving several Sustainable Development Goals, notably Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by supporting digital entrepreneurship, and Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) by promoting the use of technology and innovation in commercial domains.
