Prof. Dr. Abdul Basit Ahmed Fathallah, a teacher at the College of Dentistry, University of Baghdad, in cooperation with doctoral student Manar Iyad Abdul Latif at the University of Baghdad, obtained a patent from the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control for their ability to manufacture polyether ketone/calcium silicate/tellerium dioxide compound as planting materials. The patent is based on using materials manufactured in modern ways to use as dental implants and improve their homogeneity with the surrounding jawbone.

This outstanding scientific achievement comes through the endless support of the Deanship in providing all the requirements to complete the completion of scientific research.
