Prof.Dr.Suha Taha Salem, the Head of the Department of Performing Arts at the College of Fine Arts, University of Baghdad, has been awarded the Best Actress prize at the International Den Theater Festival held in the Omani capital, Muscat.
Prof.Dr.Suha Taha Salem received this award as part of her participation in the play “ Dispute,” which serves as the official representation of the republic of Iraq at the festival. This marks another international contribution where the professor represented Iraq, on the global stage.
It is noteworthy that the total number of performances reached (288) in the festival, with an additional (117) street theater shows, featuring contribution from (31) Arab and foreign countries.
