In a meeting where Assistant Rector for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Marwan Abdul Hameed, Manager of the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations, Prof. Dr. Sarmad Fouad Jaber,and Representative of the Dutch Spark Organization were present ,the memorandum of understanding between the two sides was signed. The memorandum included training students from the third and fourth stages of various specializations, providing financial support and finding job opportunities for them, and promoting Arabic, English, computer courses and other .
It is noteworthy, Dutch Spark Organization was founded in 1994 and works in Iraq with three key sectors: high education, providing jobs and building peace.
