The University of Baghdad has held a course on the developing and qualifying capacities of the academic leaders and human resources for the division’s directors at the University, in the presence of the Rector of the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid Al-Saadi, Assistant Rector for Scientific Affairs, Prof.Dr.Marwan Abdul Hameed Ashour, and the participation of department and unit officials in the presidency of the university.
The course held in the College of Science and the Continuing Education Center included several axes: Administrative, legal, scientific, governance and informatics which is help to develop leadership capabilities. This course was prepared based on the directives of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers; the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research affirmed its implementation and directed the University of Baghdad to develop its staff in order to raise the level of academic performance, administratively and scientifically
