On sidelines of 19th international conference, the College of Medicine in cooperation with Iraqi Medical Union in the UK & Europe, has organized a scientific workshop entitled (Improving medical education) on Ibn al-Haytham hall in the college. The workshop was attended by the rector of the University of Baghdad, prof.Dr.Munir Humaid Al-Saadi, professors from the United Kingdom and Iraqi professors from Iraqi colleges and universities.The workshop aimed to raise the level of medical education in Iraq by discussing the appropriate ways and mechanisms to keep pace with scientific progress in the field of medical education.
In this context, the attendees and organizers of the workshop confirmed the need to invest in the field of artificial intelligence in medical education and what serves humanitarian goals and make use of the tools of modern science in order to achieve healthy societies. At the end of the workshop sessions, it was recommended to hold more sessions on the modern methods used in the field of medical education .For his part, prof.Dr. Al-Saadi honored the doctors participating in the conference activities and wishing them continued success and creativity.
