The Journal of the Al-Kindy College of Medicine at the University of Baghdad has been registered in Scopus Journals. This achievement was due to the continuous efforts exerted by the faculty members of college with support by the deanship of the college and the Presidency of the University; this contributes greatly to the promotion of education and scientific culture in Iraq and the region.
It is noteworthy; that Scopus is considered one of the most important global repositories of peer-reviewed scientific journals, where scientific journals are evaluated and verified of the quality of researches that published in it, therefore the entry of Al-Kindi Journal into the Scopus repository represents a great step for the College of Medicine and the University of Baghdad. Furthermore, this achievement reinforces the university’s position in the scientific environment and confirms the quality of research and scientific sobriety of the university.
