Concurrently with the Youth and Sports Festival, The College of Science at the University of Baghdad, has celebrated its seventy-fifth anniversary in the presence of the representative of the Rector of the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Wadood Taher, the representative of the Prime Minister and Minister of Youth and Sports, Mr.Ahmed Al-Muburqa, the Dean of the College, Dr. Abdul Karim Al-Qazzaz, and a number of professors and students.
The celebration included an exhibition of the scientific outputs of the college students from various departments, as well as honoring a number of professors, it also included many activities containing photo exhibition that consisted of many scientific and artistic paintings.It is noteworthy; the College of Science is one of the first colleges at the university, as it graduates every year thousands of students in different disciplines, known for their efficiency and scientific sobriety, to provide their services to the state departments and society.
