Recently, Prof. Dr. Jalil Al-Saadi, in partnership with Prof. Dr. Lubna Al-Saidi, at the College of Law, University of Baghdad, issued a new book entitled (The crisis of Private International law in Men’s Disputes). The book sheds light on the aforementioned crisis in the scope of applicable law and the court competent to consider disputes arising from artificial intelligence systems through a comparative study based on Swiss private international law, English law, Singaporean law, Chinese law, the laws of European Union countries, and the law of the Principality of Monaco.
