The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women ,University of Baghdad, has held the annual student conference to discuss graduation researches held under the slogan (With scientific research, we sublime with our students), which was organized by the Theoretical Sciences Branch in cooperation with the Research Project Committee, Sponsored and attended by the rector of the university of Baghdad , Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid Al-Saadi, by supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Fatima Abdul Maleh, with the presence of the Dean of the Laser Institute for Postgraduate Studies , and Prof. Dr. Hussein Ali Jawad, and the Director of the Office of the President of the University, Assist. Prof. Dr. Sarmad Fouad.
Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid Al-Saadi, delivered his speech, congratulating the students for their graduation and the parents for their joy at the fruit of their effort, praising the efforts of the Deanship of the College for their care for female students, in addition to their educational and academic role by providing them with science and urging them to strive to achieve their scientific and professional goals in order to serve the labor market. The Dean of the College stated in her speech: “We reap the fruit of what we have instilled of knowledge and science, whether what was earned at the undergraduate level or before,” Confirming “the competition of universities with their counterparts in other countries. It is done according to criteria of international rankings, the quality of outputs and their scientific sobriety.”
Prof. Dr. Wedad Kazim, the head of the research project committee, presented a statistic during her speech with the number of researches in the fourth stage ,which is the number (84) research, including (75) research in a descriptive style ,and (9) in the experimental style, referring to the researches that contribute to solving the problems of the physical aspect, health fitness, the labor market, community service, orphanages, disability, rehabilitation, kinesiology, and biomechanics, in addition to psychological and educational sciences and other sciences related to physical education, distributed over (10) efficient scientific groups, to select outstanding research from each group to compete on Tuesday (2/5/2023) in the student conference that will be held later at the University of Baghdad. At the conclusion of the event, Prof. Dr. Al-Saadi, praised the efforts made in the success of this conference distributing letters of thanks and appreciation to the women’s delegation to the Kadhimiya shrine.
