A group of professors of the Department of Civil Engineering at the College of Engineering, namely: Abbas Abdul Majeed Allawi, Muhannad Ibrahim al-Gharawi, Taghreed Hassan Ibrahim, Ali Hussein al-Ahmad, in cooperation with researchers from reputable international universities and the publication of scientific research at a global level in authoring a study entitled: (Enhancement of RC T-Beams Toughness Using Laced Stirrups Reinforcement for Blast Response Predictions) published in the (Structural Concrete Journal) listed in the Q1 index of Scopus and that is having an impact factor of (2.793).
