The Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit at the College of Education for women, has organized the Fifth Design Day Exhibition under the slogan (Our designs are a window of hope), that was inaugurated by the assistant rector for scientific affairs, Prof. Dr. Marwan Abdul Hamid, in the presence of the director of the Rehabilitation and Employment Division, Mr. Nabil Talal, as well as heads of scientific departments, faculty members, the management of the Baghdadi Kindergarten, and a representative of the Al Tiraz Center for Textile and Dermatology Research.

The Design Day Exhibition included various handicrafts made by a number of college students, including knitting, sewing, drawing, decoration, poetry works, music playing, food industry, various cuisines, and some student social media accounts to promote their marketing products. The assistant dean for scientific affairs has expressed his admiration for the remarkable positive interaction of the faculty members and students and his appreciation for the organizational and technical work at this event that has reflected the talents and skills of the students, stressing the need to support students to enter the private labor market as well as to nurture their talents. For her part, the dean of the college, Dr. Athmar al-Shatri, stressed in her speech the possibility of supporting students and marketing their artistic works in the labor market according to a well-thought-out scientific vision.
