The Department of Chemistry at the College of Science for Women at the University of Baghdad held a scientific trip for the fourth-grade students to the Tiraz Textiles Center at the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, under the supervision of a number of professors of the department with the participation of 88 students. During the visit, the students were introduced to the production lines and the manufacturing quality department, where the two sides agreed to hold a workshop at the college to introduce the services provided by the center to the public. This visit comes as a result of the principle of joint cooperation and exchange of scientific experiences between the university and state departments.
