The dean of the college of engineering, Prof. Dr. Saba Jabbar Neima has announced recently the completion of the works that started previously for the rehabilitation of the hydraulic laboratory at the department of water resources engineering which is one of the important laboratories in the field of water resources engineering within her continuous follow-up and effective procedures in advancing the educational process.
It is noteworthy that this lab would be of a great benefit for the researchers when conducting their research and experiments optimally so as they can obtain accurate results. This Hydraulic Laboratory has received civil engineering students at the College of Engineering at Al-Nahrain University for the academic year (2021-2022) who sought to conduct laboratory experiments in the field of fluid mechanics, center of pressure, friction loss in pipes, Venturi effect, hand hold pressure meter and point gauge.
