The General Secretariat of the Central Library has participated in the 19th Brothers Meeting Festival for Hobbies and Handicrafts, which was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities on the halls of the International Railway Station in Baghdad. The festival was initiated by the Director General of the Railways in the presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities.
The library participated in displaying a number of anecdotes (maps, books, magazines and photos) that attracted the admiration of visitors a lot, as the pavilion of the Central Library witnessed a wide turnout by the guests of the festival as an annual tradition in which many creators, craftsmen and artists from all provinces of Iraq participate to introduce the world to their talents and products.
