The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Education for Women, has organized a workshop entitled: (Enhancing the positive energy of academic women) in the presence of a number of faculty members and students of the college, delivered by the Assist. Prof. Iman Abdullah Hammoud and the lecturer Hanan Majeed Ali. The workshop aimed to identify the importance of enhancing the positive energy of academic women, how to overcome the pressures of life that they are exposed to during work, and how to overcome the difficulties that they may face that hinder their self-realization.
The workshop dealt with the most prominent points that would enhance the positive thinking of women and enhance their positive energy in order to be able to carry out their roles efficiently and effectively. The workshop reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which is to encourage women to pay good attention to time, manage it well, develop knowledge through continuous reading, discover and develop talents possessed by women, and encourage them to think creatively.
