Under the patronage of the rector of the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid al-Saadi, and under the supervision of the Chairman of the Central Scientific Promotion Committee, Prof. Dr. Kazim Abdul Wahid, and under the slogan (Science and Work is the Basis of Progress), the college of physical education and sports sciences at the University of Baghdad hosted the workshop entitled: (Scientific Promotion Instructions No. 167 of 2017: Mechanism and Application) sponsored by the Scientific Promotions Affairs Division. Three topics were addressed in this event, including the administrative axis, instructions to be taken into account when starting the scientific promotion procedures, and the open discussion axis related to inquiries and observations and who to respond to them.
