The University of Baghdad gets the first place locally in Scopus

The University of Baghdad has got the first place at the local level in the (1431) out of (3000) international universities in the number of research published in the Scopus database after competition with (110) Iraqi public and private universities, so it has announced the publication of about (19969) research papers in various scientific disciplines and recording (137, 000) citations for the faculty members of the University of Baghdad. It is noteworthy that the researchers have published approximately (545) researches in Scopus in chemistry, (500) in engineering, (486) in physics and astronomy, (484) in the computer science, (450) in medical specialties, in addition to hundreds of other researches in earth sciences, agriculture, pharmacy and environment.
