The Department of Archeology at the College of Arts has organized a workshop entitled (The Authenticity of Iraqi Architecture through the Ages) in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit with the aim to shed light on the history of Iraqi architecture with most of its components of temples, houses, palaces and walls since historical times in Mesopotamia, and its extension in Islamic architecture through the rooting of planning and architectural elements and their role in the privacy of Islamic architecture and its components that have common characteristics having a clear impact on Western architecture and are still witnessed by many European cities until the present time.
