A professor from the college of engineering co-authors a book on the oxidation methods

aDr. Shaimaa Abdul Rahman, a faculty member from the department of chemical engineering at the University of Baghdad has participated in writing a chapter of a book specialized in advanced oxidation methods used to remove contaminated dyes and electrocoagulation, where the chapter dealt with the techniques of using this process, factors affecting it, the methods used in electrocoagulation and the types of electrodes used in order to remove the contaminated dyes of water and also using the Fenton process and sunlight oxidation to remove the contaminated dyes.
