Workshop on the causes of bullying and ways of prevention at the college of nursing

The Scientific Unit, in cooperation with the Mental health Nursing Branch of the College of Nursing has organized a workshop entitled “Bullying: Causes and Prevention” that was presented by Assist. Prof. Dr. Karim Rishek Sajit and Assist. lecturer Iman Abdul Zahra Issa. The aim of the workshop was to introduce the audience to the concept of bullying in order to identify its causes and consequences on the community in general. The workshop included a general explanation of this behavior, its forms and how to counter such acts to protect ourselves from. At the end of the workshop, the participants praised the importance of uncovering this topic and the need to hold such events in coordination with the educational staff of schools for the purpose of getting rid of this phenomenon that may affect our young generations.
