The college of science for women hosted recently an introductory symposium sponsored by Al-Ayn Social Care Foundation (ASCF) in Baghdad to address its role and initiatives at the community. The lectures were delivered by the foundation’s representative, Mr. Walid Khalid who aimed to introduce professors and students to the activities of this institution, its work and projects and the number of orphans cared by the foundation, as well as to introduce its establishment and the objectives on which it was founded. The seminar included an explanation of the foundation’s work and its role in ensuring orphans and ways in which staff and students contribute to supporting its undertakings.
