The college of physical education and sports sciences for women at the University of Baghdad held a workshop entitled “training load schedules” delivered by Prof. Dr. Fatima Abd Malih from the theoretical sciences branch and attended by a number of female students, employees and faculty members.
The lecturer addressed the importance of scheduling training and match load after rest and healing for it is a natural and very important procedure used usually to restore the body’s functional organs to normal state after the completion of any neurological or muscular effort not only in the field of sports, but even in daily life actions in general. The difference between the means of recovery and the training methods used by the trainer during the planning of a training load was also indicated, as well as the difference in the means he/she uses to rebalance muscle functions. Dr. Fatima Abd also pointed out the most important results that can be obtained through the repetition of such training on the overall body performance.
