The Baghdad Journal of Science Unit at the college of science for women has lately organized a workshop entitled (The mechanism of Open Journal Systems) presented by the editor-in-chief Prof. Dr. Fikrat Majid Hassan, and the programmer Mina Taha Ibrahim.
The aim of this workshop is to highlight the advantages of the OJS system that is a technology which provides premium services and technical support for online academic journal publishing where it is possible to customize and streamline journals according to the needs of the editorial board in order to meet all requirements, namely receiving, reviewing and publishing scientific researches in all disciplines. The participants discussed all matters related to how to install the software, create user accounts, modifying profiles and features to ensure regular backup effectively and securely.
