The Services Division at the Department of dormitories Affairs has conducted recently a broad campaign for the distribution of fire extinguishers and other safety equipment with a validity of 6 months at al-Jadriya housing complex for female students. Prof. Dr. Omar Faleh Hassan, the director of the dormitories department at the University of Baghdad stressed the need to apply all safety measures carefully, directing the employees and resident students to follow the directives of the safety committee diligently for the common good, as well as for the prevention of any accidental accidents in coordination with the Civil Defense and Health Directorates during the partial and comprehensive curfews.
