Prof. Dr. Mohsen Abdullah al-Shammari, the director of the department of follow-up at the presidency of the University of Baghdad chaired a meeting with the officials of coordination and follow-up in the presence of Dr. Hazem al-Shammari, the representative of the ministry of higher education and scientific research.
Dr. Hazem al-Shammari stated that this department is very vital in any educational institution for it represents the real interface for providing security and services for staff and students, stressing that all follow-up divisions should be administratively linked to the undersecretary of the ministry of higher education for the development and durability of work by various means, indicating that it is the duty of the deans to provide a fire truck and first aid supplies to avoid any electrical accidents that may occur during holidays. For his part, Dr. Mohsen al-Shammari stressed the importance of transferring information quickly so that officials can respond to matters at once.
