The continuing education unit at the college of nursing has organized recently an awareness workshop on “Art of Etiquette in the Time of Coronavirus” via of WhatsApp freeware which came under the slogan “Prevention is better than quarantine” presented by Dr. Nuha Adel Ibrahim from the Mother and Newborn Nursing Branch. This event witnessed the participation of a number of professors from various Iraqi universities and the elders of Al-Salikh area in Baghdad.
The workshop aimed to raise health awareness in dealing with each other through the art of etiquette and follow the correct health rules in dealing with co-workers, community and family members. Dr. Nuha Adel recommended the need to publish health leaflets to spread this culture and the norms of polite behavior among Iraqi people since the responsibility lies on everyone to break the chain of infection.
