The Biological Research Unit for Hot Zones at the college of science organized a seminar on “Savant Syndrome” delivered by Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Hafiz Abbas in the presence of a group of professors, researchers, also graduate and postgraduate students. Dr. Ali Hafiz introduce the condition of talented syndrome which is one of the rare cases affecting people with mental disabilities, as those with developmental disorders have neurological impairment, especially autism spectrum disorders, or brain injury.
The talented affected by this case acquire unique qualities with a renewed personality, due to the symptoms of autism they have and which makes them focus on things they just want since their minds are prepared for such a special trait.
