The ministry of higher education and scientific research has announced recently specific instructions for the student mobility for the morning and evening studies of the coming academic year in government and private universities and colleges. The ministry’s official spokesman, Dr. Haider al-Abboudi, stated that His Excellency the minister of higher education, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazim Abdul Sahib has approved these controls depending on the eighth chapter of the guide of student affairs procedures and admission conditions.
The spokesman added that the controls stipulated that applications should be submitted to the original university to obtain the pin number for activation of the application form in the Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up portal on condition that each form will provide no more than 5 options for each student. It is worth mentioned that the application process will start on October 11th and will end on the official working hours of the 15th of the same month.
