The Assistant to the President of the University of Baghdad for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Suhail Najm Abdullah, conducted an on-site follow-up of the third day of interviews for students applying for admission to the College of Excellence and the College of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Baghdad.
During his tour, Abdullah reviewed the mechanisms for conducting the interviews and the procedures followed for receiving applicant students, affirming the directives of the University President, Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdul Hassan Al-Zughaibi, regarding the importance of providing an appropriate organizational environment to ensure the smooth conduct of the interview process, and adopting clear criteria for evaluating students and selecting qualified candidates for admission.
He also met with a number of applicant students, listening to their remarks and inquiries, and emphasized the University of Baghdad’s commitment to attracting outstanding and talented students, thereby contributing to advancing higher education and strengthening modern academic specializations, particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence and advanced sciences.
This activity supports the Sustainable Development Goals, specifically Goal Four, which calls for quality education, as well as Goal Seventeen, concerning partnerships for achieving the goals.
