The Al-Rasekh Tech Scientific Association has honored Professor Dr. Raghad Abdulrazzaq Al-Hashemi, Dean of the College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad, by awarding her the Al-Rasekh Tech Medal in recognition of her outstanding and exceptional efforts in organizing and managing the scientific conference held by the college at Al-Hakim Hall from April 25 to 26, 2025.
This accolade was granted in acknowledgment of the pioneering role the Dean played in supervising the conference and presenting it in a distinguished manner befitting Iraq’s scientific standing and aligned with the highest international standards of higher education and scientific research conferences.
The association also praised her strong cooperation with researchers and students and her effective leadership of a conference that achieved remarkable academic and professional success, thanks to the solid scientific recommendations it produced.
Furthermore, the association expressed its pride and appreciation in presenting the Al-Rasekh Tech Medal as a tribute to her outstanding administrative and academic performance, which contributes meaningfully to serving the community and advancing the state of education and research in our beloved nation.
This recognition represents a gesture of gratitude from Iraq’s academic community for the sincere efforts made by scholars to elevate the country’s stature. This activity also supports one of the Sustainable Development Goals, namely Goal 17, which calls for partnerships to achieve the goals.
