Two Faculty Members from University of Baghdad Publish an Encyclopedic Work on Critical Theory and Artificial Intelligence

The College of Excellence at the University of Baghdad held an open day to welcome prospective students and their families, introducing them to the academic programs and fields of specialization offered by the college, as well as the nature of its curricula and the career opportunities available to its graduates in the job market.

The Dean of the College of Excellence, Prof. Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, stated that the open day reflects the college’s commitment to informing students and their families about the nature of study at the college. He explained that the event included presentations on the curricula, academic departments, and future employment opportunities, in addition to addressing the inquiries of students and families who expressed interest in learning about the programs and specializations offered by the college, along with its academic and professional prospects.

For his part, the Deputy Head of the Talented and Gifted Care Authority, Dr. Ammar Abdullah, commended the College of Excellence’s role in providing this opportunity to become closely acquainted with the college’s departments and academic activities. He noted that the Authority made a point of benefiting from this initiative by inviting a number of gifted students from various Iraqi provinces to take part in the open day activities.

This activity fulfills the Sustainable Development Goals, namely Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
