Professor Dr. Raghad Abdulrazzaq Al-Hashemi, Vice President of the University of Baghdad for Administrative Affairs, conducted a field visit to several examination centers designated for sixth-grade preparatory grade students. The purpose of the visit was to assess the quality of services provided and to ensure the smooth flow of the examination process without any obstacles.

During her tour, the Administrative Vice President met with a number of students and their families, listening to their opinions and feedback. She emphasized that the University of Baghdad places students’ well-being at the forefront of its priorities and strives diligently to alleviate the burdens students face during this critical stage of their academic journey.

Dr. Al-Hashemi also issued direct instructions to the service departments to enhance the level of support provided. This included ensuring the availability of cold drinking water, verifying the proper functioning of cooling systems within exam halls, and securing private transportation options to guarantee students’ timely arrival at their designated centers.

She affirmed that ongoing student support during exams is a shared educational and administrative responsibility, and called on academic and service staff to intensify their efforts to ensure the success of the examination process. She also praised the students’ sense of discipline and commitment demonstrated since the beginning of the exam period.
