Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Jawad Kazem, a faculty member at the College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad, has published a valuable research paper in BMC Nursing, one of the Q1-ranked journals under Springer Nature.

The journal aims to advance nursing healthcare and focuses on medical and nursing disciplines. It is indexed in Scopus and Clarivate, with its publications originating from New Zealand and its headquarters based in London, United Kingdom.

This achievement adds to the series of successes attained by the College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad, as it continues to secure positions in global rankings due to the significant contributions of its faculty members, international collaborations, global reputation, and frequent citations of its academic research. These efforts reflect the college’s commitment to strengthening its position as one of the most prominent academic institutions in the region.

This accomplishment aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 4, which promotes quality education, as well as Goal 17, which advocates for partnerships in achieving development objectives.
