As part of Baghdad University’s commitment to strengthening infrastructure and student activities, Professor Dr. Raghad Abdul Razzaq Al-Hashemi, Vice President for Administrative Affairs, conducted a field visit to the Student Activities Department. During the inspection, he toured the sports hall, kindergarten, and various artistic and cultural spaces.
Dr. Al-Hashemi expressed his satisfaction with the efforts dedicated to supporting sports and artistic activities, emphasizing that these units serve as dynamic environments that foster student skills and contribute to a well-rounded campus experience. He noted that these facilities are excellent but require further support, as they benefit both students and faculty alike.
Additionally, he praised the department’s staff for their dedication, encouraging continuous development of these essential spaces and the provision of necessary extracurricular resources to enhance university identity and promote students’ mental and physical well-being.
