On the occasion of the third of March, the National Day of Iraqi Women, I am pleased to extend to you the highest appreciation and pride, expressing my great pride in the active role of the University of Baghdad, the edifice of science and knowledge.
Iraqi women have been and still are an example to be followed in giving, steadfastness, and creativity, and they have proved, as academics, lecturers, and employees, that you are a key partner in building generations and shaping the future, if your dedication and sincerity in performing your scientific and administrative mission constitute a key pillar in the march of our university towards excellence and leadership.
