The College of Islamic Sciences and the University of Baghdad organized a workshop entitled “Biotechnology and Artificial Intelligence Techniques” under the auspices of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Nima Dahsh Farhan.

The workshop witnessed a remarkable presence and active participation by students, researchers, and those interested in this field, where the lecturers, Assistant Lecturer Mustafa Qusai Ali and Teacher Kifah Ali Othman, gave a comprehensive presentation of the latest developments in the field of biotechnology and its various applications, in addition to reviewing artificial intelligence techniques that have become an integral part of our daily lives.

The workshop addressed many important topics, including biotechnology and its applications in medicine, agriculture, industry, artificial intelligence, its ethics, the integration between biotechnology and artificial intelligence, and the future applications of this integration.

The workshop sparked fruitful discussions and exchanges of views among the participants, reflecting the growing interest in this vital field and its importance in shaping our future.

This workshop achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal, which calls for quality education.
