Dr. Abbas Mohammed Burhan Al-Shammousi, a faculty member and Director of the Engineering Consultancy Office at the College of Engineering, University of Baghdad, has received a scientific promotion to the rank of Professor in the field of Civil Engineering/Project Management. This promotion comes after fulfilling the requirements stipulated in the Promotion Law and was granted based on a decision by the University Council. Consequently, he now enjoys the rights and privileges that entitle him to exercise scientific authorities.
