Under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, and by supervision of the Rector of the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Munir Al-Saadi, the College of Languages at the university commenced its activities on Monday, November 13, 2023, to celebrate the Global Entrepreneurship Week.
The first day of the celebratory program included an exhibition of photos, books, theses, and messages organized by the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Department. Additionally, another exhibition featured artistic activities for students organized by the Student Activities Department – Art Unit.
On the sidelines of the program, the College’s Rehabilitation and Employment Unit, in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior and the Human Rights and Democracy Unit, held an awareness seminar providing an introduction to entrepreneurship and explaining the concept of participatory democracy among youth and how to establish it. These exhibitions will continue until the end of the week, along with workshops and scientific lectures focusing on entrepreneurship
