On the sidelines of the 19th international scientific conference of the College of Medicine, University of Baghdad, has held a scientific session on the latest Developments in Electrophysiology of the heart.The session was attended by the rector of the university of Baghdad, prof.Dr.Munir Al-Saadi,and the dean of the College of Medicine, prof.Dr. Amin Alwani,at the Ibn Al-Haytham Hall in the college, with the participation of a specialized medical team from the Arab Republic of Egypt, in cooperation with Iraqi heart centers and professors of specialization from the college.
The workshop started with a welcoming speech to the attendees delivered by prof.Dr.Munir Al-Saadi, who expressed his happiness with the participation of the Egyptian medical delegation in the scientific events held in the country after a long period of challenges and wars from which Iraq emerged victorious and proved that it carries peace and all the elements of goodness and high spirit to rise again.
At the conclusion the scheduled session, affirmed the necessity to agree on the creation of a joint association between Egyptian and Iraqi doctors for the purpose of exchanging experiences in the field of electrophysiology by organizing scientific sessions and training workshops in the future in order to serve humanity.
