The student Hadeel Ali from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women at the University of Baghdad, won the second place in the Chess Championship for all formations of the University of Baghdad, sponsored by the Student Activities Department at Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering. The game included five rounds, where each half includes two players playing with other players from another college.
At the end of the tournament, the director of the Student Activities Department of the University of Baghdad, Dr. Qais Qahtan Dawood, accompanied by the assistant dean for administrative and financial affairs of Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering, Assist. Prof. Dr. Fayez Fawzi Mustafa, have awarded the first three winners with the championship cups.
