The University of Baghdad has announced undertaking a number of distinctive social activities at Al-Nasr Student Housing Complex for undergraduate and postgraduate students under the patronage of the rector, Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid al-Saadi during the last academic year, including a ceremony to honor the top students, the celebration of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), a graduation ceremony for graduate students of the faculties of medicine & dentistry, Al-Kindy college of medicine, and diner meals during Ramadan under the sponsorship of the deans of the aforementioned faculties.
The director of dormitories also held social and awareness lectures and continuous meetings with student representatives and the secretary of Al-Nasr Complex to keep abreast of their needs and inquiries, as well as honoring the students whose rooms were selected as the most arranged. It is noteworthy that the rector of the University of Baghdad has instructed to carry out a maintenance campaign for the buildings Al-Nasr Complex that began in July.
