The family of the late historian and legal expert Tarek Harb has donated recently a collection of his works to the library of the college of media at the University of Baghdad. This came during the reception of the late’s son Mr. Ziad Tariq, by the dean of the college Prof. Dr. Ammar Taher Mohammed in his office, where he appreciated this initiative and expressed his thanks and appreciation to the family of the late expert.

Ziad Harb stated that his father recommended donating his books to the public to benefit from his thoughts, including: “The Iraqi Ministry in Brief”, “Baghdadi Heritage between the Abbasid Era and the Royal Era”, “Ministers of Baghdad”, “Baghdadi Tales” and “Encyclopedia of Baghdadi Heritage”. It is noteworthy that the late Tarek Harb, had a master’s degree in law from the University of Baghdad, and he held several positions, including editor-in-chief of the “Parliament Newspaper”, as well as the president of the Legal Cultural Association, and contributed to many cultural events, and died in Baghdad of a heart attack this year.
