The team of the department of physics at the college of science has recently recorded a new victory over that of the department of chemistry at the finals of the five-a-side football championship held by the Student Activities Unit where the two teams performed a wonderful friendly game. At the end of the match, the dean of the college, Prof. Dr. Abdul Karim Abdul Razzaq, accompanied by his scientific and administrative assistants and the director of student activities unit and heads of departments, dedicated the championship cup to the winning team as well as medals for the participants, who instilled the correct concepts of physical education and sports activity and consolidated their fraternal spirit, wishing them more brilliance and success in such scientific, sports, artistic and cultural forums so thereby they raise the name of their college and university high at the Iraqi, Arab and international levels.
