The college of science at the University of Baghdad has organized its annual festival on the seventy third anniversary of its founding to celebrate its scientific achievement over the past decades in the presence of the dean of the college, Prof. Dr. Abdul Karim al-Qazzaz. The festival included several events, including poems, music and entertainment competitions, as well as a photo exhibition featuring many scientific and artistic paintings. It is noteworthy that the college of science is one of the first faculties established at the university, where thousands of students of different disciplines are graduating each year who are known for their competence and scientific sobriety in the country and who offer their services to the state departments in general and to their community in particular.
