The Department of Biomedical Engineering Biology at Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering has organized a scientific visit to Al-Kindi Teaching Hospital, supervised by Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Hussein Ali. The purpose of the visit was to introduce students to medical equipment and the way it works and maintain. The students were briefed on the Computer Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), X-Ray, MSD and EM ESWL, the Dialysis Unit in detail, then the students were briefed on the most important devices that played a major role during the period of Covid-19 epidemic including the pulmonary resuscitation and artificial respiration device.
