The central library participates in the 18th Brothers Meeting Festival for Hobbies

The General Secretariat of the Central Library has participated in the cultural and artistic event for reviving tourism heritage sponsored by the 18^th Meeting of Brothers Festival for hobbies and various handcrafts under the slogan “Let us stand high for Baghdad civilization and peace”. The Central Library presented its collections of old books, publications and maps, that won admiration of the audience, with the aim to strengthening Iraq’s Arab and international status and to embrace the promising talents and energies that exist in Iraq and show them to the world in a civilized and cultural way, including various events including art, heritage, singing, costumes, poetry, wood engraving, ceramics, copper, fine arts, rare handicrafts, calligraphy and Islamic decoration.
