The maternal and neonatal nursing branch of the Faculty of Nursing at Baghdad University, in collaboration with Al-Kholoud Kindergarten, organized an awareness lecture on personal hygiene for prevention in the shadow of the Corona pandemic, which was presented by teacher Dr. Nuha Adel Ibrahim.
The lecture, which was held under the theme “The importance of personal hygiene for prevention in the shadow of the Coronavirus pandemic”, aimed to raise awareness among children’s students about how to wash and sterilize hands and avoid transitional diseases, where the lecture included a representative presentation on how to wash and sterilize hands, as well as the correct way to wear medical muzzles, as well as the presentation of figures for the Corona virus and its modes of transmission within the human body. Children were tested for healthy food and its importance to the human body and types and promotional gifts were distributed to all children. At the end of the lecture, a number of recommendations were built, including the need to make continuous lectures on the importance of personal hygiene for children to prevent pollution or injury and make it an important habit performed by the child and to implement the right methods of hand washing through scientific educational films.
