The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women held a seminar entitled “The effect of rehabilitation exercises using overlapping electric terraces or stands according to some of the chemical variables in the rehabilitation of spiral line muscles for women aged 30-35 years” delivered by the doctoral student Inaam Jaafar Sadiq.

The researcher referred to the concept of spiral fascia as representing the path of a group of muscles extending along the body according to anatomical sites that prove their contact with each other in the tape of effect around the axis of the longitudinal body to start from the muscles of the neck, and extends a roll around the body down to the feet to form healing points or intersection in the lower back area, where we feel its movement when lifting the shoulder and arms or at the legs or when trying to maintain the front or rear balance to keep straight, because the spine begins to work hard bigger than causing shortening and tightening.
